Property Maintenance
$65/hr
Mow, edge and cleanup. Greenwaste disposal included. Displayed price is minimum for mowing, edging and cleanup. Large hedges (10ft+ tall, 50ft in length), tree, or tree limb removal are considered a separate service and are priced accordingly. Debris Removal
$100 Minimum
Sorting, loading and transport of any solid waste that can be taken to the transfer station. Anything made of metal can be recycled and will be transported to the scrap yard for no disposal cost. Green waste will be separated as it incurs a lower disposal fee. Toxic household waste must be separate and contained. Pressure treated wood must be separate and will be charged an additional $10 on top of the measured weight cost. Price is for flat rate and includes travel time up to an hour (round trip) as well as 1 hour for loading and unloading. Disposal is billed separately. Jobs requiring more than one hour of labor and one hour travel time (round trip) will be billed at the hourly rate of $65/hr on top of the flat fee.

Greenwaste Disposal
$100 Minimum
Load, transport, and dispose of green waste at local green waste disposal facility. Green waste includes:
Stacked brush, leaves, cut limbs, lawn clippings, etc. Felled trees or large limbs that require extensive processing will add to the hourly cost. Jobs taking more than one hour to load and or transport will be billed in addition to flat fee at hourly rate of $65/hr

Bulky/Heavy Item Transport
$100 Minimum
Have your bulky/heavy items or materials picked up and delivered. Bulk Materials include but are not limited to: aggregate, cut firewood, sod, sand and gravel.
Furniture: couches, loveseats, bedframes and mattresses
Appliances: washers, dryers, refrigerators
Price is flat rate and includes up to 1 hr travel time and 1hr labor. Jobs requiring more than an hour of each will be billed at additional $65/hr

Tree and Tree Limb Removal
$75/hr
Small tree and tree limb removal for trees up to 2 feet in diameter and 18ft in height. Tree limbs must be within 18ft from the ground and must not be within 30ft of any dwelling or structure. Greenwaste is billed separately.
