    Property Maintenance

    Starting at $65

    Mow, edge and cleanup. Greenwaste disposal included. Additional services like limbing and hedge trimming are available for additional cost. Please specify if you would like your lawn clippings bagged or mulched. Displayed price is minimum, prices for each job are determined by yard size, location and accessibility.     Solid Waste Disposal

    Starting at $90

    Sorting, loading and transport of any solid waste that can be taken to the transfer station. Anything made of metal can be recycled and will be transported to the scrap yard for no disposal cost. Green waste will be separated as it incurs a lower disposal fee. Toxic household waste must be separate and contained. Pressure treated wood must be separate and will be charged an additional $10 on top of the measured weight cost. Price is for flat rate and includes travel time up to an hour (round trip) as well as 1 hour for loading and unloading. Disposal cost for loads greater than 100 lbs will be added to bill. Jobs requiring more than one hour of labor and one hour travel time (round trip) will be billed at the hourly rate of $45/hr on top of the flat fee.

    Greenwaste Disposal

    Load, transport, and dispose of green waste at local green waste disposal facility. Green waste includes:

    Stacked brush, leaves, cut limbs, lawn clippings, etc. Felled trees or large limbs that require extensive processing will add to cost. Jobs taking more than one hour to load and or transport will be billed in addition to flat fee at hourly rate of $45/hr

    Bulky/Heavy Item Transport

    Starting at $90

    Have your bulky/heavy items or materials picked up and delivered. Bulk Materials include but are not limited to: aggregate, cut firewood, sod, sand and gravel.

    Furniture: couches, loveseats, bedframes and mattresses

    Appliances: washers, dryers, refrigerators

    Price is flat rate and includes up to 1 hr travel time and 1hr labor. Jobs requiring more than an hour of each will be billed at additional $45/hr

    Moving

    $45/hr

    Save money and time by renting a truck that comes with a driver. Moving services are for previously boxed and prepared items. Full size pickup and 4×8 trailer. Rental of weatherproof enclosed trailer will be an additional charge.
